Ami, in captivity.

i tried posting these next few pictures all in one blog entry, but it wouldn't let me do it, so this will be the "few of my favorite things" sequence. these are things that have brought laughter to my heart in those quiet and mundane moments of my day. this is Ami, Huntleigh's chamois doll which she needs in her hands to fall asleep. i know she loves Ami, but i think she likes to torture her, too. i often find Ami trapped between the bars of the crib, as she is here. and when i come in to get her in the morning or after a nap, Hunts acts as though she is surprised to find Ami in such a compromising position and is anxious to show me so that i can rescue her.
