the disappearing eggs

We spent Easter with our good friends, the Halvorsons. Last year they were in Indiana and this year, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. They just keep getting more and more mid-western. We love it. Now, we're all just "fly-overs," as our friends in Hong Kong like to call us. So we stayed in their awesome log cabin and had roaring fires and good fellowship while our kids played so nicely together. It was a very relaxing weekend and just so good to be together. On Sunday, we had an Easter egg hunt for the kids and stuffed their eggs with animal crackers and teddy grahams. Karsten and Huntleigh filled their baskets quite easily while Katelyn was content to have just one egg! Here are the little cookie monsters, discovering all the cookies in their eggs.
